Guidelines for vendors

  • Booths must be set up completely by 8 a.m. on Saturday, June 5. We ask that you remain open until 5 p.m., but you may remain open through the evening entertainment.
  • Vendors will be at the old school lot next to the Post Office. Booth locations will be assigned Friday, June 4, from 5 to 7 p.m. 
  • Check-in opens at 6:30 a.m.
  • There is a non-refundable fee of $25 for each 10x10 booth space you wish to reserve. If you need electricity, we encourage you to supply your own. Limited generator power is available for an additional $10 fee.
  • Vendors must furnish their own tables, chairs, canopies and other fixtures for their booth. 
  • The deadline for vendor applications is May 31.
